Our wellbeing and emotional support services can be accessed by staff, parents and young people who are struggling to manage their stress or anxiety levels. The sessions empower young people and adults to make positive changes to their behaviours and in their life. Our Facilitators are experienced in supporting individuals and small groups with:

Managing stress and anxiety
Low self-confidence or low self-worth
Body image
Special Edicational Needs
Relationships issues/peer pressure
Drugs and alcohol related issues
Self-harm
Peer pressure
Emotional regulation techniques
Staying safe online
One of our team will work closely with you, to tailor sessions based on individual needs and desired outcomes, collaborating on what support from us would be required to achieve this . You will have an opportunity to sit and talk about the issues you are experiencing. Our support is unique in affording young people the opportunity to choose to go for a walk and talk, do some art or painting, do some training in the gym, or go for a swim. Whatever works for you, your family, or your young person!
